talks to Jay Gunn, who owns and runs Darlington-based Jays Animal Encounters.

Tell us about your business.

For the first time since 2010, all lanes are open on Congress Parkway between Wells Street and Michigan Avenue, city and state transportation officials announced Tuesday.

The $18 million streetscape project along the parkway is nearing completion, they added. The ramps from the Kennedy and Dan Ryan expressways to Congress are open as well, and all lanes are open in both directions on the Congress Parkway bridge, officials said.
