Terms of Service
Key summary
IPROAM provides residential, mobile, and tunnel proxy services for lawful use in overseas network environments. You may not use the service to bypass network controls, gain unauthorized access, attack systems, commit fraud, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the IPROAM operator ("IPROAM", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using an IPROAM endpoint, API, or related service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use IPROAM for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. Mandatory rights granted to you by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Account registration and security
You must register with a valid email address, complete any required verification, and keep your account information accurate. One person or organization may not create accounts to evade restrictions, limits, or enforcement.
You are responsible for protecting your password, session, API tokens, and proxy authentication credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized parties. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect compromise or unauthorized access.
3. Service scope and technical limitations
IPROAM provides residential, mobile, and tunnel proxy routing. Plans may allocate traffic, tunnel quantity, duration, region selection, rotation settings, or other features shown at purchase. Products are supported only in overseas network environments and must not be used to circumvent legally imposed network controls.
Proxy availability depends on third-party carriers, dynamic IP pools, internet routes, destination policies, and maintenance. We use reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee a particular IP, carrier, location precision, success rate, latency, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Plans, billing, balances, coupons, and refunds
The price, included traffic or tunnel quantity, validity period, and other limits displayed at checkout form part of your order. Account balances and coupons are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise. Unused plan allowances may expire at the stated validity date. Plans do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly says they do.
5. Acceptable use policy and prohibited conduct
You must comply with applicable law, destination rules, contractual restrictions, and the rights of others. You may not use or facilitate use of IPROAM for:
- bypassing network controls, firewalls, sanctions, legal access restrictions, or technical safeguards;
- unauthorized access, credential stuffing, brute-force attempts, account takeover, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service attacks, or disruptive scanning;
- fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, botnet activity, or distribution of unlawful content;
- scraping or automated collection that violates law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or binding destination terms;
- harassment, surveillance, discrimination, or collection or disclosure of personal data without a lawful basis;
- reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the service beyond an authorized plan, or attempting to evade usage, billing, or security controls.
You must maintain reasonable safeguards for your use case and respond promptly to abuse or compliance inquiries.
6. Service suspension and termination
We may investigate suspected abuse and temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or our network. We may suspend or terminate service for a verified material breach, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or repeated harm after notice where notice is practical.
Any balance restriction, account closure, or refund decision will be handled according to verified facts, the applicable plan terms, and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms authorizes arbitrary confiscation of funds or removes non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
The IPROAM name, logos, website, interfaces, software, documentation, and service technology are owned by or licensed to the IPROAM operator. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable plan period. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially reproduce protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Third-party services
IPROAM relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Cloudflare for delivery, security, Turnstile, and analytics, and Brevo for transactional email. Hosting, network, and payment providers may also be used when relevant. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of IPROAM.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with a destination. You remain responsible for the legality, configuration, security, and results of your use.
To the extent permitted by law, IPROAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, account interface, or email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by laws mandatorily applicable to the parties and, where a choice of law is permitted, by the law of the IPROAM operator's registered location. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. An unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer venue and remedy rights remain unaffected.
